Two Green Leaves
After about 10 days a plant appeared and I moved the plant over to a net pot filled and filled in the remaining space with clay pebbles.
Germination
The other day I bought some rockwool cubes from Amazon. After Soaking them for a few minutes I placed a few pepper seeds in them. After a day or so I ordered a heating pad to help increase the temperature inside my germination dome and speed up the germination process.
5 Gallon Bucket
Next I decided to purchase some 5 gallon buckets from the local home improvement store. While I was there I bought some items to create a spigot so I would be able to drain the water easily. Intro to Project Hydro
Welcome to Project Hydro! My hydro dream all started when I bought some grow lights to keep my warm weather plants alive during the winter. Then it struck me why don't I also grow some vegetables? So I set out to bring some dirt down to the basement, but dirt gets heavy. So I looked into hydroponics. After a few YouTube Videos and some late night Amazon browsing I decided to take a stab at it. Now that I have all the supplies follow along and see what happens...
